16 Week Coaching Program

 

 

Before the beginning of our work together it is important for us to have a working agreement, so that we both know what is required of us.

 

Please read the following information and when you are happy, please sign the form and return to me.

 

My name is Pascale Lane (MBACP) and I am a Therapeutic Relationship & Life Coach. As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I work to their ‘Ethical Framework for Counsellors’ and hold professional indemnity insurance.

 

How my THRIVE program works

 

Every two weeks, I will send you a new module to be working on. This will consist of a video tutorial and accompanying worksheets. To ensure you get the most out of the weekly group calls, it is your responsibility to complete the work prior each call.

 

There are two weeks allocated to each module to help you to complete and process the work. Within the two week period, one group call will be allocated to a module, following the module cycle, and the second will be a general Q&A. This ensures that at any point that you join the program you are not left behind. You can watch the replays for all of the Q&A’s in your own time and of course, join them Live on each cycle.

 

You are of course, accountable for your own time and effort. As with any personal development work, we get out what we put in. I know that this is a fantastic program and I want you to get the most out of it possible. That not only means doing the work but also taking the time to reflect and give yourself the space to digest and rest with the feelings and thoughts that come up for you.

 

In addition to the weekly Zoom call, there will also be a private Facebook group for you to ask any questions ahead of time. And of course, if anything comes up for you that you need more support with, you can always drop me a message and we can talk it through.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Confidentiality

All my coaching practice is confidential. The only time that I may break confidentiality is:

• If you are at serious risk of causing harm to yourself or others
• If I feel a child is at risk of significant harm
• If you share information about proposed act of terrorism
• When I am compelled to do so by law

 

In the event of any of these situations, please be assured that I will discuss my intentions to share information with you beforehand and will never do so without your knowledge.

 

 

Privacy for Online Sessions

Due to the nature of the group coaching experience, it is required that you are alone for the duration of the live calls. This is to protect the privacy of your peers and give everyone a safe environment to work in.

Failure to do so may result in you being removed from the live calls permanently.

 

 

Sessions

Group coaching sessions are held online and last for 60 minutes. Sessions are weekly at an agreed day and time.

 

Fees and Payments

 

The cost of the program is £1497 if paid in full.

 

I offer a payment plan of £149 x 12 months = £1,788.

 

If you would like to have an extra layer to the course, the VIP option offers 8 x 1-to-1 sessions throughout the program at a total cost of £2,497 if paid in full.

 

I offer a payment plan for this of £229 x 12 = £2,748.

 

I will not be able to work with you unless all payments are up to date. If you are struggling with a financial difficulty, please let me know as soon as possible so that we can come to an agreement.

 

Failure to keep your payments up to date may lead to legal action being taken against you.

 

 

Location and Intellectual Property

All of our sessions will be held online using Zoom (secure video conferencing platform). You will be emailed a link on registration which will be your private link for the duration of the course.

 

You are not permitted to share the link with anyone else. Should you share the intellectual property or live calls link with anyone outside of this agreement, legal action may be taken against you.

 

You are responsible for ensuring that your chosen space is a calm and confidential environment where you are free from interruption. The need to have a protected time and space should be treated the same, regardless of the platform we choose to use.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please give as much notice as possible for cancellations.

 

Please note that if you decide within the first 2 weeks that you do not wish to continue our work together, I will end your contract with no questions asked.

 

The two weeks starts from the date you receive the first module.

 

You will only be required to pay £187 if you cancel within this time, (£225 if on payment plan).

A refund will be sent to you if you have paid in full, alternatively I will stop your payment plan after the first 2 months of payment and refund the remaining balance.

 

If you are on the VIP program, you will only be required to £312 if you cancel within this time, (£343.50 if on a payment plan) plus £150 per 1-to-1 sessions completed.

 

After this time you are committed to continue and fulfil your payment. Failure to do so may result in legal action against you.

 

My commitment to you is that we can make this work but you have to put the work in. Any kind of coaching or therapeutic intervention is no ‘quick-fix’. You need to show-up and be accountable, not only during the sessions but also in between.

 

Contact outside of session

I am happy to be contacted via email or text if there is an issue you need to discuss between sessions.

By commencing the THRIVE program you are confirming that you are in agreement with the terms of this contract.
