Therapeutic Coaching Program

 

 

Before the beginning of our work together it is important for us to have a working agreement, so that we both know what is required of us.

Please read the following information and when you are happy, please sign the form and return to me.

 My name is Pascale Lane (MBACP) and I am a Therapeutic Relationship & Confidence Coach. As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I work to their ‘Ethical Framework for Counsellors’ and hold professional indemnity insurance.

 How my Therapeutic Coaching program works

It is my aim to help you to achieve everything you want for yourself throughout our working relationship and I will give you as much support as you need to do this. We will work together for 3 months where you will receive 12 x 1-1 session to work individually or with your partner. These sessions will be 60 minutes long and at a set time that suits us both.

In addition to this you will receive unlimited WhatsApp support, Monday to Friday, to help you through any situations you wish to discuss or share, so that you feel fully supported in between our sessions.

The sessions are tailored to your needs and I will be here to facilitate and guide you through the topics and issues you need to discuss.

In addition to our sessions together, you will also receive my Thrive DIY course, free of charge, for you to work through in your own time. This compliments the work that we do so that you get the very best outcome for you and in turn, your family.

You are of course, accountable for your own time and effort. As with any personal development work, we get out what we put in. I know that this is a fantastic package and I want you to get the most out of it possible. That not only means doing the work but also taking the time to reflect and give yourself the space to digest and rest with the feelings and thoughts that come up for you.

 

Confidentiality

All my coaching practice is confidential. The only time that I may break confidentiality is:

• If you are at serious risk of causing harm to yourself or others
• If I feel a child is at risk of significant harm
• If you share information about proposed act of terrorism
• When I am compelled to do so by law

 

In the event of any of these situations, please be assured that I will discuss my intentions to share information with you beforehand and will never do so without your knowledge.

 

Sessions

Our 1-1 sessions are held online and last for 60 minutes. Sessions are weekly at an agreed day and time.

In the latter part of our work together we can move to fortnightly session. Any changes we need to make can be arranged easily. I request you let me know of any changes as soon as possible.

 I will not be able to work with you unless all payments are up to date. If you are struggling with a financial difficulty, please let me know as soon as possible so that we can come to an agreement.

Failure to keep your payments up to date may lead to legal action being taken against you.

 

 

 

 

Location and Intellectual Property

All of our sessions will be held online using Zoom (secure video conferencing platform). You will be emailed a link on registration which will be your private link for the duration of the course.

 

Should you share the intellectual property with anyone outside of this agreement, legal action may be taken against you.

 You are responsible for ensuring that your chosen space is a calm and confidential environment where you are free from interruption. The need to have a protected time and space should be treated the same, regardless of the platform we choose to use.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please give as much notice as possible for rearranging sessions. I understand that life is tricky sometimes but please be respectful of our working relationship and the time we have.

There is no refund policy for this program. 

My commitment to you is that we can make this work but you have to put the work in. Any kind of coaching or therapeutic intervention is no ‘quick-fix’. You need to show-up and be accountable, not only during the sessions but also in between.

I am happy to be contacted via email or text if there is an issue you need to discuss between sessions.
